Summary: A few features we absolutely loved: 1. The bedding and pillows – incredibly comfortable and just right for us. 2. Customer service – it was easy to reach a representative, and they were both professional and highly responsive. 3. The heated pool, jacuzzi, and laundry area – great extras! Everything was clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible.

Summary: We enjoyed the location of the unit. We were able to walk downtown. The view from the main floor was of the construction of the pool. On a positive note, there was no construction noise while we were there. There was not a cutting board or salad bowls, which was a tad inconvenient. Other, than that the unit was small but clean. The beds were comfortable and it was great being able to have our dogs stay with us

Summary: The property is nice, close drive to town centre. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub ( key requirements for kids) was closed for maintenance. It was otherwise a good 3 night stay

Summary: Stay at the town house was amazing. Very cozy feeling in the valley of beautiful mountains. The management was really helpful and friendly. The best part was the National Park pass which saved us alot of time while entering the park.

Summary: We were visitng Alberta for the first time. We wanted a place convenient to Banff and Lake Louise without paying the prices of those locations. Canmore provided that for us and was an easy drive to/from the Calgary airport as well as the aforementioned sights.The unit was pretty much as described. However there were somet things that made it less than a 5 star location. After we made our reservation, we were informed that the pool and hot tub would not be available due to maintenance work. The only offer of accommodation was to cancel which I chose not to do because I didn't expect to use the pool and I didn't have time to start a new search. However, what I did not expect was the noise from the renovations during the day and the workers parking their vehicles too close to mine or taking up the nearest spaces to our unit. I requested a small refund in our cost and was denied. It does not seem to me that an expression of sympathy is sufficient for the inconvenience we experienced.

Summary: A great little getaway with the family. Loved havung a kitchen and two bathrooms was a treat. Will definitely be back when the pools are not under maintenance. That was the only thing , would have been nice to know a maintenance schedule to better plan for a family.
